Guest Blake
And so it begins. Four Black Scratch with manifold trim. Not completely happy with my execution as should have waited a bit longer for #3 as it really got shocked and took a while to get rolling again. Held the first four Black Scratch back a bit before the flip. This photo is Nov 1st. Picked my winning gear up and planted two of each of the eight varieties that Tom sent. A bit of bad luck as some of the varieties had two males but that was all the room I had or would have tried four of each variety and pretty much guaranteed at least one female each variety. Two plants went to flower upon transplant from solo cups, one a male (above) one female. These were the autos. Here is the female ( Black Scratch) who decided to flower out of the box, actually starting to stack up nicely. #one = Super Collinder Kush @ 1 female #two= Old Timer's Stash @ 1 female #three= Black Scratch @ 2 females #four= Long Valley Royal x Verdant Green @ 2 females #five= Bubba Royale #6= Goji Ghash #7=Gorilla Thug #8=Chunk D Hashplant @ 1 female There are some photos of the males that were taken just before harvest. Hopefully you can read the #'s. They are all drying now. So 10 females/20 plants at this point. The Black Scratch were 5/6 female, not sure of the 6th one as I managed to kill it before flower with the mister. Apologize for the lousy photos will do a better job next watering. Lost one seedling (#8) as did not shuck the seed casing otherwise 100% germination and all the plants are thriving. Leaving on an extended trip mid March. The older plants (all Black Scratch) are really starting to stack, they should have an excellent root system as they were close to ten weeks on the flip. So your babies are well on their way. Did no training on the second batch. Will be interesting to see how it affects final yield. The last three days the older black Scratch are really stacking. Link to comment
Tynehead Tom
#2 = Old Timer's Stash and #5 is Bubba Kush S1 by verdant green x Long Valley Royal Kush (aficionado). I named that one Bubba Royale trying to get the will together to do another drop..... we'll see what 4-20 brings or doesn't LOL Link to comment
Guest Blake
Those above photos are really bad, this will give you a better idea of how things are progressing Link to comment

Guest Blake
The ladies showing off the latest in hat fashions, my favourite stage. Start staking tomorrow. My little Black Scratch over achiever who hit puberty at two weeks. Lots of trichome development. Tom how much flowering left, any guesses? We leave on an extended trip March 12. Might be pretty tight. With the medical licence is it kosher to have someone house sit while I am not in residence? I better sit down and get a grip on those regs. The elbow is coming along, six weeks in, OK to drive now. The rest of the ladies are very embarrassed and did not wish to be photographed today. Nitrogen deficiency caught me unawares and yellowed about 50% of lower leaves before I caught up to it with a little Bloom. New soil mix for this batch and must have missed something. Pretty early in the game for the soil to be exhausted. Link to comment
nekrod
I have a super collider kush female 4 weeks in 12-12 as of today. What a beast, ive put it through more than one stress test, aka I wasnt taking care of it. But I eventually got her in 5 gallons of soil. Such shiny dark green leaves ,I hope the clones take. I had to top it, well I cut the top because it was too tall and it made awesome dual brackets, I will update with a pic. I am not sure if its from the reveg, but the stems seem very round and almost a different fiber than cannabis I have ever seen. It seems very tree shrub like. Very cool!! My first reveg so I have no idea. Oh right I was going to ask how long for flowering indoors? Oops I see this isnt the main strawberry hills forum. My bad Idk how to delete a post. hah Link to comment
Coastal
@nekrod I would think 65-70 days would be ideal but you wouldn't really know until your flowering.. maybe a few phenos could be earlier or later depending on the Gene's expressed. Link to comment
Tynehead Tom
we've been running the super collider beans hard. So far I would say 40% are 56 to 60 days 40% are 60 to 65 days and 20% are 70 day some exceptional plants coming from those beans Link to comment
