Hey everyone. Life is crazy busy right now so not a lot of time for updates. I started the Mango Biche x Wookie 15 testers that I received a few weeks ago. I scuffed them and soaked them in RO water with aloe powder and yucca extract.

I soaked the seeds for 12 hours. I then put the soaked seed into paper towels for 48 hours. After the tails were around 1/2" or so I transplanted them into some Foxfarm Light Warrior.

Its always a good time when everyone makes it to the show.

Best of fortune for the journey brother.

Thanks for joining along on this journey. We just had a baby, piglets, and are trying to move to our farm. Life is moving fast! I'll try and keep up.

You had a litter of piglets? That's awesome!

I'm getting set up to raise three pigs atm. A little late in the season but my buddy has more than enough food to fatten them up.

Take care of the priorities bro, we'll still be here.

That makes me smile, they are adorable!

She looks like a happy mom with some good greens on the plate.

What breed is that?

I'm going to raise 3 or 4

Red Waddle/AGH, American Guinea Hog. They will dress out at about 100lbs. They wont challenge their fencing and prefer to graze and eat hay rather than root.

Thanks, she's getting some comfrey, kale, and chard right there. I figure there's a lot of good vitamins and minerals in there for her. They're Boston Mountain Hogs which are Berkshire crossed with Tamworth. I have people at the market tell me it's the best meat they've ever had. I raise them to around 300 lbs before processing. The hanging weight is around 250-275 lbs at 7 months. I feel good about raising them because I'm giving them the best life possible from start to finish. If you eat meat you should know where it comes from and how it was raised and processed.

I use electric netting with these.

Cheers @OrganicFarmer, that's a relationship with food.

We eat and process emotions like food. Hence, stomach ulcers possibly being related to an over consumption of unwanted energies. That includes the emotional energy the animals/food experienced during life. Along with the energy that was present at the time of butcher and finally preparation. We are connected to everything.

I can see the Berkshire in her. She looks like shes loved. Love and kindness are things we cant guarantee our food experienced when we get it from a store shelf.

I had some issues with my soil or water. I used some Foxfarm light warrior since I was out of my normal Buildasoil.  I almost fried the seedlings. I ended up repotting the seedlings as soon as I got the soil and some pots. 2 days later they’re praying and tuning back green.
