Coastal Posted January 13, 2020 Share Posted January 13, 2020 I also hang in the 5.8-6.2 kinda range. Coco will naturally drift up so if you go too high over 6 or your feed is to low to buffer right you will get ph swings that are out of the ideal range. Link to comment

A pond liner or something so water doesn't get to the bottom plate of the walls? Not that you can go back now. I was thinking those poly deck boards would work well for the bottom plate. They are a bit pricey but no worry of rot. They would need to be ripped down. They are wider then a 2x4. Looks like the water will just run down the walls to the lower level. If you're running hydro in large trays it not a worry. Link to comment
