Sweet  . . . . .  Put some running boards on it , midnight black , tinted windows , black powder coat bumpers & door trim with some chrome Cragars with some nice wide white letter tires , oh yeah , sweet .

Sumthin' like this but not so low :passing-joint-smiley-emoticon:

Maybe even a flame job with that style hood spacer.png

I'm so not a gear head haha... I wasn't even aware that Cragar wheels were still 'a thing' 😮

Sounds like a sweet project Bugs... I'll be following along

Forget black... I dig the purple 🙂

That things pretty sweet! I’d drive it like that, but I’m not the best at finishing my projects in a timely fashion... lol, would be a cool truck too, did they have to narrow the front clip to fit?

i always thought it would be cool to put an old front clip on my 98 dodge dually.., but I think i would be out of my depth there..

good luck on the project!

too cool @Bugman

last VW in our family was a 64 notcher

it's in California somewhere last I heard.

do you know a California VW guy named Izzy?

We used to host VW owners from all over western north America at my brother's place in surrey bc for years  when the VW shows rolled into town.

Isadore used to be a pro bass fishing guy and made windows for vintage VW's

very cool people and loves the ganja too.
